Itching to get a little more MINI in your life? Hey, who isn’t! Lucky for you, there’s always a MINI Event on the horizon that’s ready to get you more in-tune with the wonderful world of MINI motoring.
Some dates are all about finding the right chemistry. This one was about finding the right corners.
The MINI Speed Date Drive Event brought thrill-seekers together in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver for a date with two of our most exciting John Cooper Works models. Participants put the MINI JCW 3 Door through its paces on a curvy closed-circuit course, getting a taste of its go-kart handling at full throttle. Then, they hit the open road in the MINI JCW Countryman to bear-hug a few more corners out in the wild.
It was a chance to fun around and find out what it’s really like to drive a MINI when you’re free to let loose. Sparks flew. Tires turned. And more than a few Motorers found their perfect match.

On August 27th and 28th of 2022, hundreds of MINI Owners from across the country rallied together to beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia to celebrate MINI’s 20th year in Canada. Following a full day of rallying, Owners were treated to an evening event at Tantalus Vineyards, where they had the chance to mix and mingle, check out MINIs new and old, and take in some live tunes while enjoying tasty local eats. On the following day, Motorers reunited once again at Area27 Motorsports Park to participate in a variety of thrilling track experiences, including hot laps with none other than Charlie Cooper – grandson of the legendary John Cooper.
It was truly a rally for the ages, and the perfect way to commemorate MINI’s 20th year in Canada.
